Rosé Wine

“Les Chenes”, Cinsault and Syrah, Metairie, Pays d’Oc, France (rosé)

85% Cinsault and 15% Syrah. Very aromatic nose with aromas of raspberry and red currant. A round, full and refreshing taste with plenty of fruitiness. An ideal aperitif, but also a good companion for many dishes.

   

White Wine

Sauvignon de Touraine, Domaine Gibault, Loire, France (dry / fruity)

Very aromatic wine with excellent fruit concentration. In the nose – aromas of green apples and boxwood. Very fresh and friendly, juicy and tasty. Ideal as an aperitif, with fish dishes and seafood, and with warm goat cheese.

   

Gros Manseng, Alain Brumont, Côtes de Gascogne, France (sweet)

100% Gros Manseng. In the nose – aromas of pineapple, quince, apricot and honey. The flavour is intense, complex, vibrant and soft.

   

Alto Palena, Chardonnay Reserva, Leyda Valley, Chile (dry)

In the nose – intense aromas of pineapple, citrus and a very soft hue of vanilla. The first step is lively and refreshing, followed by full creamy tones, ensuring a long, intense finish.

   

Pouilly Fumé “Tradition”, Domaine Serge Dagueneau, Loire, France

In the nose – aromatic with typical Sauvignon aromas such as boxwood and citrus. The wine has character and good structure. It is fruity and very tasty! A wine of known value from the Loire!

   

Chablis, Domaine Jean Collet, Bourgogne, France

This chardonnay has a bouquet of citrus and honey. Mellow tasting with a lingering finish, it is a great wine for fine seafood dishes.

   

Chardonnay “Barriques”, Métairie, Pays d’Oc, France

Exceptional! In the nose – aromas of white flowers, citrus and honey. In the mouth, soft and creamy but with a crisp finish. Fits perfectly with dishes of white fish in butter sauce.

   

Givry 1er Cru Champ Nalot, Domaine Parize, Bourgogne, France

100% Chardonnay. This white Givry has intense aromas of white fruit and flowers on the nose. The palate is full and creamy, followed by a long finish with pleasing minerality. A Burgundy classic that tastes good with warm fish dishes.

100% Chardonnay. Beautiful Pouilly Fuisse! This wine has the rich nose of the finest ripe Chardonnay flavors including peach and apricot. Plus the owner is Belgian!

100% Chardonnay. An excellent wine for its class. An intense bouquet of honey, dairy and blossom. Powerful, complex and broad on the palate with many flavors of ripe yellow fruit. First rate!

The grape is Arneis. In the nose – aromas of fruit, flowers and spices. This dry white wine is elegant, delicate and digestible. Serve with fish, salads and white meat. A juicy and refreshing glass of wine!

100% Pinot Grigio. Aromas of white flowers and ripe pear on the nose. The wine has great structure and balance with a long, complex finish. Can be an ideal aperitif, but also a good match with hearty soups, risottos, light white meat dishes and many fish dishes.
